• Avoid touching the printed area directly—hold by the edges.

Framing & Display:
• For best preservation, frame your print behind UV-protective glass or acrylic.
• Avoid direct sunlight and high-humidity areas to prevent fading or warping.
• Hang away from heat sources (like radiators or vents).

Storage (Unframed Prints):
• Store flat in a clean, dry environment.
• Use acid-free backing boards or sleeves to prevent deterioration over time.

Returns & Exchanges:
• All print sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our artwork.
• However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
• We'll replace the item or offer store credit based on availability and your preference.

Damaged or Lost Orders:
• If your package is damaged during shipping, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
• For lost packages, please contact us as soon as possible we’ll investigate with the carrier.
