Payment Confirmation

Installment Payments (if applicable)

For large purchases, we offer installment payment options through trusted third-party services like Klarna or Affirm. If you choose to use one of these services, your order will be shipped after the final installment payment is processed.

Payment Terms for Custom or Commissioned Artwork

For custom or commissioned pieces, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon completion and before the artwork is shipped. A receipt of the deposit will be provided once payment is received, and a timeline for completion will be discussed.

Refunds on Deposits: Once work on a custom piece has begun, deposits are non-refundable. We will provide regular updates and collaborate with you during the creation process to ensure your vision is brought to life.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless there is a defect or damage to the artwork during shipping (as outlined in our Shipping Policy).

Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction. If you have any concerns or questions, we encourage you to reach out to us prior to purchasing.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect may be fraudulent. If we identify unusual activity on an order, we may request additional information to verify the transaction before proceeding.

Currency Conversions for International Orders

For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or fluctuations based on the current exchange rates. Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the unique, custom, and handcrafted nature of our artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for any artwork once it has been purchased.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving at info@coloredcollextion.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or repair. Please include the following information when reporting any damage:

    •    Photos of the damage to the artwork

    •    Photos of the packaging it arrived in

    •    Your order number

    •    A description of the damage

 

Once your claim is verified, I will arrange a return shipment or offer a solution based on the circumstances.

 

Custom & Commissioned Work

 

Custom and commissioned artworks require a 50% deposit to begin production. Due to the personalized nature of these works, deposits are non-refundable once the work has started. The balance payment is due upon completion.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

    •    If there is a significant defect in the artwork that was not disclosed before purchase.

    •    If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, and it is deemed unrecoverable.

 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Cancellation

 

Orders for ready-made artwork can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellations are not accepted, as the artwork may have already been processed or shipped.

    •    Standard Shipping: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. You will be notified of the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase at checkout.

    •    Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and expedited rates will be provided at checkout.

 

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or other external factors like weather or customs.

 

International Shipping

    •    We currently offer international shipping for certain countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

    •    No Returns or Exchanges: As our artworks are custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or damage during transit.

We will request photographic evidence of the damage and work with you to resolve the issue (i.e., issuing a replacement or repair). Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted.

 

Customer Responsibility

    •    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping errors or delays caused by incorrect addresses.

    •    Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to change the address, please contact us immediately before the item ships.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

    •    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the designated shipping address.
